NDIS Provider Guide is a not-for-profit organisation, an NDIS provider, Disability Employment Service (DES) and Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
NDIS Provider Guide was founded with a vision of changing lives and empowering people with disability to achieve their
NDIS Provider Guide operates across 25 sites from Far North Queensland, Townsville and Brisbane, through to NSW and Melbourne, offering funded services through the NDIS, DES and our RTO. We also offer services for a fee outside of funded programs.
Our services include:
Support Coordination: our support coordinators are experts in navigating the NDIS, linking you quickly with registered providers, mainstream and community services that are available to you. Our support coordinators are trained to build your confidence and independence.
Life Essentials: includes a range of core supports, from personal care and grooming, meal preparation, fitness, home appreciation and car maintenance, to community supports such as social outings, shopping skills and holidays. We tailor your support, whether individual or in a group, to what you want to achieve.
Mental Health: NDIS Provider Guide has a long history of supporting people with mental health concerns, including through the NDIS. We assist people to maintain their best possible social and emotional outcomes and meet personal recovery goals.
Therapy: support is provided in real-life settings relevant to you to build your independence and to achieve your goals. We work closely with support workers so that your therapy can make a real impact on your day to day life.
Behaviour Support: we develop positive behaviour plans and train support workers to provide behaviour supports that are in line with NDIS guidelines.
Respite: we provide respite services in certain areas for people wanting time away, tailored to the needs and goals of each individual.
Employment: we work closely with you to prepare for a job, to understand your job aspirations and find a job that is a good match for you. Once a great match is found we help you to keep your new job. Our service includes School Leaver Employment Support (SLES), Find and Keep a Job and DES. With a large network of employer partners we offer work tasters and industry visits to give people a taste of potential career opportunities.
